What LumosWS is

LumosWS is independent Android software for delivery drivers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any delivery platform. Its core feature records the offers it can read during a shift and shows which offers passed or failed the rules set by the driver. The app can also use Android Notification and Accessibility permissions for optional on-device workflow actions, such as moving through visible offer cards or tapping Accept after those rules match.

Accepting these terms

By downloading, installing, buying access to, or using LumosWS, you agree to these Terms of Use and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Continued use of a version that provides the automatic stability diagnostics described in the Privacy Policy also accepts that current disclosure. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Trial and software license

The free trial lets you evaluate installation, permissions, and app behavior before payment. Paid access is a limited, personal, non-transferable license for the period shown at checkout. It is not ownership of the software, source code, or service.

Your choice and responsibility

Automation is optional. You choose whether to enable it, the rules it uses, and when to pause it. You are responsible for deciding whether use of LumosWS complies with the terms, policies, and requirements of every platform you use. LumosWS does not interpret those terms for you and cannot guarantee any account outcome.

Permissions and device access

The app requires the Android permissions described during setup for its stated features. You can review or revoke those permissions in Android settings at any time. LumosWS does not ask for a delivery-platform username or password.

Stability diagnostics

LumosWS may collect the limited automatic diagnostic reports described in the Privacy Policy while an authenticated installation is active and online. Diagnostics are for observation only: they do not remotely control the app, change filters, take offer actions, or enable, disable, reset, or revoke Android permissions.

License and payment

Paid access is a fixed-duration software license. The available 7-day and 30-day plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. Before payment, the price and access period are shown on this website. Card payments are completed through Stripe Checkout, and access is issued only after the payment flow confirms payment.

Activation and devices

Access may be linked to one installation or device to prevent unauthorized sharing. Keep the purchase receipt and activation details until access is working. Contact support before reinstalling, replacing a phone, or sharing activation information with anyone.

Updates and availability

LumosWS may release compatibility, stability, security, or feature updates. Delivery-platform screens and Android behavior can change without notice, so a feature may temporarily stop working or require an update. The app and website may also be unavailable during maintenance or events outside LumosWS control.

Acceptable use

You may not resell or share access, interfere with licensing or security controls, distribute modified APK files, misrepresent LumosWS as affiliated with another company, use the service unlawfully, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

No performance guarantee

LumosWS cannot create orders, alter dispatch, guarantee earnings, guarantee offer availability, or guarantee protection from a platform action. Results depend on factors outside LumosWS control, including the market, device, network, settings, and driver decisions.

Warranty and liability limits

LumosWS is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The operator does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, LumosWS is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, platform decisions, or outcomes caused by third-party services, device settings, network conditions, or use that does not follow these terms.
