What this policy covers

This policy explains how the LumosWS Android app, getlumos.app website, license service, checkout flow, updates, and email support handle information. LumosWS is independent of delivery platforms.

Information LumosWS does not request

LumosWS does not ask for or store your delivery-platform username, delivery-platform password, bank login, Social Security number, or full payment-card details. Do not send those details to support.

Information processed on your device

To provide its features, the Android app can process notification content and visible offer-screen information. It stores settings such as filters, activation state, offer history, local logs, and diagnostics needed to explain the actions taken by the app.

Automatic stability diagnostics

When an authenticated LumosWS installation is active and online, LumosWS may request a short, sanitized diagnostic report to investigate reliability problems. The report can include recent operational events, app and Android versions, device model, timing, parser or workflow outcomes, and whether required services were available. This collection runs in the background and does not require a separate action for each report.

Automatic reports do not include screenshots, accessibility trees, raw notification or screen text, offer addresses, names, phone numbers, GPS location, passwords, payment details, license keys, or authentication tokens. A report covers no more than the recent three-hour period after this disclosure was accepted, is size-limited, and cannot change filters, control automation, or enable, disable, reset, or revoke Android permissions.

Automatic reports are protected in transit and encrypted in server storage. Raw report files are deleted within 7 days; limited operational metadata may be retained for up to 30 days to track resolution and prevent duplicate collection. Reports are used only for stability analysis, bug investigation, and support.

License and service records

The service may process license status, activation and device-binding identifiers, update eligibility, app version, limited operational events, and records needed to issue and validate access, prevent duplicate use, diagnose failures, and provide support.

Website and server records

The website and license service may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser or app user agent, requested path, timestamp, and basic security logs. The marketing site does not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Payments through Stripe

Card payments are completed on Stripe Checkout. Stripe receives the payment and transaction information needed to process the purchase, prevent fraud, provide receipts, and comply with its obligations. LumosWS receives the payment status and limited purchase details needed for fulfillment, reconciliation, refunds, and support. LumosWS does not store the full card number or CVV. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Support messages

If you contact support, LumosWS receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, receipt or purchase reference, activation details, Android version, screenshots, and description of the problem. Do not include platform passwords, banking credentials, or full card details.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and validate access, deliver updates, process purchases and refunds, respond to support, measure reliability, diagnose crashes or compatibility issues, keep required business records, and comply with law.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate LumosWS, such as Stripe for payments and infrastructure providers for hosting and delivery, or when required by law. LumosWS does not sell personal information or share it with delivery platforms for advertising.

Retention and security

Service records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for licensing, support, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Automatic diagnostic files use the shorter periods stated above. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can revoke Android permissions, clear local app data, stop using the app, or contact support to ask about access, correction, or deletion of service records. A verified deletion request removes stored automatic diagnostic files for the installation and prevents new automatic reports unless the app is installed or activated again and the current policy is accepted. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained. Stripe handles requests concerning data Stripe controls through its own privacy channels.

Children

LumosWS is intended for adults using delivery work tools and is not directed to children.
